Our mission is to ensure that:
Individuals Take Control: To empower individuals to literally take control of all access to sensitive information pertaining to themselves, regardless of where that information may reside. To empower each individual to control any and all uses of his or her sensitive information as that individual deems appropriate, including payments to the individual for authorized use of his or her information.
By enabling individuals to be the true gatekeepers of their own personal and private information, by taking on the role—at the individual’s behest—of the information’s disclosure pipeline, and by retaining a complete auditable record of what was disclosed, You Take Control creates and maintains a relationship of true informed consent between the individual and the entities—both organizational and governmental—from which the information is retrieved and to which it is securely conveyed.
YTC’s mission includes becoming the leader in Electronic Consent Management in healthcare by gaining rapid, wide spread recognition and adoption of the YTC platform as an industry standard.
There is no more persuasive means by which we could demonstrate the strength of our commitment to each individual’s right to privacy.
